You Can't Send a Duck to Eagle School, and Other Simple Truths of Leadership

When Mac Anderson, the author of this great book and CEO of Simple Truths and Successories say "Simple Truths" he really puts emphasis on "Simple".

This leadership book starts out by asking the question of: "If your company mission is to climb a tree, would you rather hire a squirrel or train a horse?". You can't send a duck to eagle school is about hiring the right employee, but it is also about so much more than that. Every several pages it has a very inspirational quote that takes up a whole page or two. Not only does it help you to hire a great employee, but also how to be one in general! This is a very short book (about 30 mins. to read) so I'll keep this review short as well! This book would be great for anyone who wants to hire a great person or even just be a great person!
